In accordance with the letter No. 01/25-263 issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 30, 2026, a media plan was developed to widely cover sports events held among higher education students through mass media and social networks.
Based on the second section of this media plan, the physical fitness testing processes organized among students at Al-Khwarizmi University were extensively covered through the university’s official information platforms, website, and social media pages.
The physical fitness tests were organized to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, encourage regular participation in sports activities, and increase physical activity. Active and enthusiastic students of the university took part in the tests, demonstrating their physical abilities and interest in sports.
During the event, participants completed various physical exercises and sports standards. In particular, students were evaluated through running, pull-up exercises, sit-ups, and other endurance-based activities. The testing processes were conducted openly, transparently, and in a highly positive atmosphere.
The event further strengthened students’ interest in sports and increased motivation toward maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition to improving physical activity, the initiative also contributed to developing teamwork, discipline, and a spirit of healthy competition among students.
Al-Khwarizmi University continues to pay special attention to the comprehensive development of students, particularly to strengthening their physical and mental well-being. For this purpose, the university regularly organizes sports events, competitions, and wellness-oriented activities.
By widely promoting the physical fitness testing activities, the university aims to popularize sports culture among youth, encourage healthy living, and inspire students to lead active lifestyles.
